Another roof problem

You can see from this picture the roof is quite large and this is going to cost a lot of money to put right.

I will have to do further roof inspections on this property and specifications before we can actually carry out any repair works.

The roof at the moment is designed as a cold roof and from my first inspection of the roof It appeasers that the ventilation is inadequate.
