Roof inspection will it pass?

When we do a roof inspection we have to report back the roofs true condition sometimes the roof needs repairers if this is the case we will list the repairs nagged to the roof in the report. The report will then detail the roofs condition and the estimated lifespan left of the repairs are undertaken. On a separate communication we will give guidance as to what the cost of repairs may cost hopefully helping you when picking your roofing contractor.
